![]() ![]() To support the College’s employer engagement programme through events and digital campaigns.To work closely with other departments, both teaching and non-teaching, maintaining effective internal communications and relationships.To negotiate and monitor relevant contracts and service level agreements with agencies, suppliers and partners to ensure best value, service quality and return on investment.To promote and enhance the college’s reputation through effective brand management, corporate communication with a variety of stakeholders and media presence.To work as part of a team delivering a range of high-profile events, including student recruitment events, awards and more.To lead on the development of a college wide communications and content strategy, including consistent tone of voice, key messages and brand compliance.To use marketing intelligence and insight, at a sector, college and programme level to shape decision making and innovation.To benchmark the performance of marketing activity and return on investment against the sector, to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to audience behaviors, industry trends and best practice.To promote a culture of service excellence, manage resources effectively and drive change where necessary, in order to build and promote the college brand.To provide leadership and line management of the Marketing team, enabling a high performing culture and a commitment to support professional and personal development.To develop and deliver inspiring multi-channel marketing campaigns using an audience-centric approach to deliver a dynamic, engaging and effective presence on current and emerging digital and offline channels. ![]() ![]() To devise and implement the Marketing and Communications strategy and the marketing plan to achieve our student recruitment and engagement targets.To lead and manage the College’s corporate image and brand, ensuring consistency across all media, sectors and campuses.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities This key role is responsible for all marketing and communications activity aimed at a variety of audiences To formulate and implement the College’s Marketing Strategy so that key student recruitment targets are met. ![]()
